What can I expect from medical cosmetics in a private practice compared with a beauty salon?

Your treatment takes place within a private medical practice. We assess your skin beforehand, follow the practice’s hygiene standards and can readily involve a doctor if anything needs medical evaluation.

What happens at my first appointment?

We begin by discussing your skin, your current routine and what you would like help with. We then explain which treatment may be appropriate and what it costs. Treatment only begins once we have discussed this with you.

How much time should I allow?

That depends on the treatment. When you book, we will let you know how much time to allow for your appointment.

Is there anything I should do before my appointment?

If possible, arrive without make-up or allow a little extra time to remove it. Please also tell us in advance if you take any medication or use skincare products with strong active ingredients.

Will my health insurance cover the cost?

Cosmetic treatments are private services and are not reimbursed by health insurance. Prices are listed with each treatment.
