Zsuzsanna Berger

I have worked as a practice assistant in Viennese practices since 2008, many of those years in dermatology. At Haut & Laser Zentrum Wien I am one of your first points of contact: from reception and appointment scheduling to looking after you before and after your treatment. What I aim for are processes that run smoothly in the background, so that you feel in good hands from the very first moment.

Before I moved into practice work, I taught as a primary school and English teacher. The joy of explaining things clearly and of really listening to people has stayed with me from that time — it still shapes the way I accompany patients through their visit.

I am happy to talk with you in German, Hungarian or English. Just say which language you feel most comfortable in.
